I recommend starting with a relaxed 15 to 30-minute online meeting. This gives you a no-obligation space to share what you’re looking for and see if my approach aligns with your expectations. It’s an opportunity to ask questions, gain clarity on the process, and decide if moving forward makes sense. If you’re comfortable with the fit, we can then arrange a second meeting to explore your requirements in more detail.

Gathering Financial Data
At this stage, I’ll request a copy of your ID and provide a secure, easy to complete electronic form to capture relevant and essential personal and financial information. Confidentiality is strictly maintained throughout.
Detailed Cost Proposal
Retirement, offshore, and education planning are offered at a fixed cost, based on the time required to design and implement the plan at the standard hourly rate of R2,250 Full details will be provided in the proposal, with no obligation until you choose to proceed.
Unlike fixed-cost plans, which follow a structured design and implementation process, other services such as wealth management are shaped by your specific objectives. We’ll review the proposal together to ensure everything is clear. Once you’re comfortable with the terms, you sign, and the work begins.
Risk Profiling
Together, we’ll assess your risk tolerance and capacity for risk to ensure your investments align with your financial position and objectives.
Developing the Plan
Based on the agreed mandates, a personalised and comprehensive plan is developed, covering design, implementation, and ongoing management (if opted in). We will review this together in a follow-up meeting to ensure it aligns with your needs and expectations, making adjustments if necessary.
Finalising and Delivery of the Plan
Your financial plan provides a structured view of your financial position, the outcomes required to fulfill your objectives, and the exact steps needed to achieve them within the planned timeframe, with measurable benchmarks to track progress.
It covers both immediate and long-term solutions, balancing opportunity and risk. Each section details the necessary steps for implementation and ongoing management, ensuring a structured and strategic approach at every stage.
Billing
Once you have your Intellectual Property (IP), we issue an invoice for the agreed cost of the plan.
Implementation
After the plan is approved, we proceed with implementation according to an agreed timeline.
Comprehensive Record of Advice
You receive a detailed Record of Advice outlining the basis of all recommendations and your financial plan. This document is updated with any changes, serving as an ongoing reference for your plan under our management.
