A short 15–30-minute online meeting to understand your situation, discuss where you may need guidance, and establish whether we are the right fit to assist.

Defining Your Priorities

If you choose to proceed, we'll meet again to discuss your objectives, concerns, and desired outcomes. This helps determine the service best aligned to your needs. Meetings are typically held online, with in-person meetings available in Cape Town.

Information Gathering

We gather the information needed to understand your financial position and ensure every recommendation is grounded in your circumstances. All information is treated as confidential.

Proposal and Pricing

You'll receive a clear proposal outlining the brief, expected outcomes, and associated fees. Should you wish to proceed, the engagement will commence.

Plan Development

A comprehensive and professionally structured plan is developed based on the agreed objectives and mandate. A draft is reviewed together and refined where necessary before final approval.

Final Review and Sign-Off

We review the final plan together and confirm agreement before implementation begins.

Billing

Once the planning work has been completed and approved, you'll receive an invoice for the agreed fee.

Implementation

Your agreed plan is put into effect. We coordinate implementation and manage the process through to completion, keeping you informed throughout. All recommendations and actions are documented for your records.
